Refund policy
At Jewel Charms, we offer exchanges only—refunds are not available.
We process exchanges under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Exchange: Exchanges are only applicable if the item received is damaged or significantly different. Slight color variations due to screen differences are not considered defects. Change of mind is not eligible for exchange.
2. Notification Requirement: Customers must inform us immediately upon receiving their order if an exchange is required. A video of the unboxing and issue must be sent to our official WhatsApp at 0302 1477893 within 6 hours of delivery.
3. Return Process: The customer is responsible for returning the item via any reputable courier service. The exchange will be processed once we receive the item in its original, undamaged condition.
Note: Exchanges will not be entertained if we are not notified within 6 hours of receiving the order.
