• Orders placed via our website, Instagram, and WhatsApp are dispatched daily by 4:00 p.m. using PostEx & TCS.
• Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days across Pakistan.
• Our dedicated customer service on WhatsApp ensures a smooth and timely delivery process.

Exchange & Returns:

• We gladly offer exchanges if an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
• To request an exchange, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp at 0302 1477893 with video proof of the issue.
• Customers must return the item via a reputable courier service in its original condition. Once received, we will process the exchange.

Note:

• Exchanges are not applicable for change of mind.
• Customers must report any issues within 6 hours of receiving the order.

Delivery Charges:

• A flat Rs. 200 shipping fee applies to all orders across Pakistan.
