Jewel Charms – Terms of Service

By placing an order with Jewel Charms, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Order Placement & Cancellation

• Orders can be placed via our website, Instagram, or WhatsApp.
• If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us on WhatsApp at 0302 1477893 within 1 hour of placing the order.
• Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled, and the customer is ethically obligated to receive them.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• We dispatch orders daily by 4:00 p.m. through PostEx & TCS.
• Orders are typically delivered within 1-3 business days across Pakistan.
• Shipping charges: Rs. 200 flat rate across Pakistan.

3. Exchange & Returns

• Exchanges are only applicable if the received item is damaged or significantly different (not 99% as shown). Change of mind is not eligible for exchange.
• Customers must notify us within 6 hours of receiving the order by providing video proof via WhatsApp at 0302 1477893.
• The item must be returned in its original condition via a reputable courier service. The exchange will be processed once we safely receive the returned item.

4. Refund Policy

• We do not offer refunds. Only exchanges are allowed under the stated conditions.

5. Product Quality & Disclaimer

• Slight color variations may occur due to screen display differences and are not considered a defect.
• All product descriptions and images aim to be as accurate as possible.

6. Customer Responsibility

• Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Jewel Charms is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect addresses.
• Refusal to accept a dispatched order may result in limitations on future purchases.
